The noise source how many voltage need to power on 3.3 or 5v, the jumper beside it is 5v.
When i connect the jumper the led is green.

Which jumper are you connecting? The one to keep the noise source powered always? What is the reason you have for doing this?
The noise source operates at the higher boosted voltage, but sourced from 5V.
Yes the jumper that get the noise source power on all the time,there are aproblem with that or no?
I do that because i have demage in the kraken board and problem with feeding power to the noise source.
This way will do any problem or its oky.

You can do that if you want but opening it and doing this is certainly voiding the warranty.
