Hi everyone I sent off the 3-D printing template that is on the wiki page for a third-party company to print and they responded with this. Are there something wrong with the files?
We have completed production; however, our production team has identified a minor issue with your models that requires your attention. We noticed that one section of your model tapers to zero thickness, which has resulted in that section not being printed. For your reference, we have attached some images highlighting the issue.
Could you kindly confirm if this design is intended?
