No connection krakensdr - pi4b

hi together!

I have e problem with my new krakensdr. There is no connection between krakensdr and raspberry 4. I have tried different USB cabels und DC-sources - without succes. I also tried both usb connectors on the raspberry.
How can I solve this problem?
