I wanted to ask if anyone was able to receive and decode METEOR image signals at 137.9 MHz and if so, how were you able to achieve it? Im struggling at it.
Are you referring to receiving them with the Discovery Dish? There is no feed for the dish for 137 MHz.
If you mean the KrakenSDR, you just need an V-Dipole or other suitable antenna. The most important thing is that it must have a clear view of the sky.
