Mapping issue? Anyone else?

For some reason on 2/3 of my devices when I go to map.kraken it’s not displaying correctly. Either it doesn’t load at all or it loads and doesn’t let me login

What devices/Browser got this problem? My guess would be IOS and Safari?

My Windoze 11 PC updated last night, and I’m having the same problem, but seeing your post, maybe it’s not the update. Windows 11 2024H2 [ KB5065426) (26100.6584) Vivaldi browser, 7.5.3735.66 (Stable channel) (64-bit)

Update: Opera browser went right to the login page, but the login failed. Edge loaded a map page centered on Cologne, Germany with no way to log in or access my account (same as Vivaldi).

No biggie, I’ll wait for you all to fix it.

Yeah did some work, IOS was broken for sure, it should be working great now again - if you get a similar issue ever again let me know :slight_smile:

Still not working on IOS. Still not working on my windows 10 PC either…

This is iOS and chrome. Safari is working so just a chrome issue

please specify more clearly what is not working, the screenshot has no UI bug at least. Please also try to use a private/incognito tab to avoid cache issues.

Just tested, looks good to me, login works as well on Safari, on IOS all Browsers are / should work the same.

as I typed up my reply that i just removed. I decided i’d double check it again and at some point during my last reply to now it has started working again. I am using iPhone 16 Pro Max running IOS 26 Using Google Chrome

Great! Happy it works, that was the browser cache for sure, no changes to the service for a few hours :slight_smile:
