KrakenSDR Pi 5 boot drive not working properly

Hi, I’m currently having some trouble with the KrakenSDR Raspberry Pi 5 image, namely that, upon booting my Raspi 5 with it, there is no indication of a successful connection to the KrakenSDR. I followed all the instructions here but I can’t seem to successfully connect. When I connect to the KrakenSDR’s hotspot (or even if I make a hotspot connection with my Android), I keep getting the following error messages:

Thanks so much for any help that can be provided!

What type of power supply and data cable are you using for the Pi and KrakenSDR? Could you please provide the exact model numbers?

I’m just using an ordinary USB-A to USB-C cable for data (connected to the Pi) and a type-C cable for power connected to my PC’s peripherals. When I boot up the Pi, I see the krakensdr hotspot network its connected to (with the correct static IP) and also the five blue indicator lights on the SMA inputs are also on at this point. However, the GUI still doesn’t show a successful connection.

So far, I’ve tried turning on the KrakenSDR befor the Pi (wasn’t sure if boot order matters), and I reflashed the Pi’s SD card with the KrakenSDR image twice (just to make sure I didn’t run into problems during flash).

Wait nevermind, this was definitely an issue of power supply. I just got it working right now!
