KrakenSDR always disconnected

I using Jetson Orin with krakenSDR
Here is the issue, I was read many solution on website however it can’t solve at all.

  1. I try to check power supply but it didn’t work, because my power supply working well OUTPUT: USB-C 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V2.5A, 15V2A and 20V1.5A(Max 30W)

  2. Someone said that I should change the decimation to 10 and increase the gain, so I did it but still disconnect

Changing the decimation setting won’t help with anything to do with it not connecting.

Please share the results of the tuner and power supply test.

I was tried that but it didn’t work sir all of them, then meaning of power supply it mean the adapter which is like this

I was followed step

Power Supply Test

Remember that the KrakenSDR must be powered with a 5V/2.4A+ capable external power supply. No power is provided over the USB data port.

If you are using one of our ready-to-use images, be sure to stop the KrakenSDR software first by running the following commands.

cd krakensdr_doa
./kraken_doa_stop.sh

Open four terminals, and in each individual terminal run kraken_test for an individual tuner. (NOTE: In older images use rtl_test instead of kraken_test if kraken_test is missing)

kraken_test -d0 kraken_test -d1 kraken_test -d2 kraken_test -d3 kraken_test -d4

Confirm that all tuners can be running at the same time. If there is a tuner that runs normally by itself, but fails to start when others are running then, it is likely that your power supply is providing insufficient current.

It found all of device and I use independent of power source for power connect to adapter for data connect to jetson

Are you able to test with a Pi 4 or Pi 5 image first to confirm that is works?

Some devices have bad USB implementations that don’t work well. I wonder if the Jetson Orin is one of them.

It’s the same thing, sir. In my experience, it works for a moment if in case that I restart it can’t connect anymore for Pi 4 , Pi 5, and Jetson as well. I observed it many time when I install at first time in work but if I restart or shutdown it won’t reconnect again.

I can only suggest trying another USB power supply first.

It’s possible that the power supply is just being noisy and dropping the power for a short time, enough to unpower the KrakenSDR for a few milliseconds, which of course causes it to drop from USB.

Also if you can, ensure that the mains supply you are using is stable.

I’ve facing the same issue of being unable to connect to the DAQ subsystem, I’m using the R Pi 4 and Kraken and R Pi 4 both are powered independently using the standard R Pi adapter.
Please help, I’m facing the same issue with all three Kraken SDRs with me.

I’ve check the data cable as well its working fine.

@friendlyRF This is very unusual and concerning, since three devices are exhibiting the same problem. Just as background information, each KrakenSDR goes through two separate quality control tests before being packaged.

Could you please post a picture of the complete, powered system?

Thanks for the response @krakenrf_syed I was able to debug the issue. I’ll tell what I did.
First of all though I was using a dedicated data cable I changed to a expensive one and next I burned an older version of the RPi4 OS (2022 one) then I was able to stay connected to the SDR. One issue that still remains is that I’m able to operate only in then offline mode, that is being connected to hotspot created by RPi4.
However Kraken is working well with the new OS + new data cable for both online and offline mode.
Thanks
