KrakenLink WiFi

Hi there! I had some trouble reconnecting my Pi to WiFi using the image (now resolved, pretty sure it was a faulty sd card) and during troubleshooting I noticed a network preset in the Raspbian GUI for “KrakenLink”. The only documentation I can find anywhere about that is here: 13. Appendix · krakenrf/krakensdr_docs Wiki · GitHub (every other search ended with pages of crypto ads). I’m just curious: is this for some future use? Is it just a cooler alternative to KrakenAndroid? Am I missing something obvious because I’m skimming the other docs too quickly (probably)?

It’s literally the same thing as KrakenAndroid. But now that we have an iOS app too, it’s a bit silly to keep calling it KrakenAndroid. So we’re slowly transitioning over to the new name as new releases come out.

That makes sense. I’ll start transitioning my mobile WiFi equipment and stop hoping it’s some secret upcoming equipment or something. Thanks!

Thanks for your post. I had the same issue with the pi not connecting to the hotspot. Once I got a monitor connected I could fix it.
