I wanted to ask the Kraken developers about what are the main differences between the HeIMDAL DAQ for the Kraken SDR and the Keberos SDR. I have documentation about the HeIMDAL DAQ Firmware for the Kerberos SDR but not for the Kraken, any documentation I could refer to?

The main difference is in the sample alignment procedure.
The older Kerberos heimdall used a different method for sample alignment, which meant that only a single center frequency had valid coherent phase.
The Kraken heimdall uses hardware sample alignment via the rational resampler, which allows for all frequencies on the spectrum to have valid coherent phase
