Kraken don't get connect

hey Adm!

After a day using the kraken when I tried to turn it on again I’ve notice that the led of the POWER didn’t get lighted and when I connect to the wifi of the Pi4 it shows as the kraken is disconnected. What could be the problem? Is possibly something got burned out? :frowning:

P.s. The cooling fan is still working, so there’s some kind of energy running through it…

Can you try another power supply? If it seems properly dead please email thekraken@krakenrf.com for an exchange.

I’ve tried a couple differents power supplies but will try it again… tks Carl
