Image download problem

I having problem to download image files, get that webbbrowser dont have enough memory, how do you download?

If you’re using megaupload, use their downloader software. Or alternatively download from the Google Drive link instead.

Hi, whow can I update the raspi - kraken software, if there is one?

at the moment I ve the raspi4 image with Version 1.8.0+git.e5df8c9

I see only images to download

But can I update with apt-get etc ?

Thanks!

root@krakensdr:/home/krakenrf# cat /home/krakenrf/IMAGE_VERSION.txt
/*
This is free and unencumbereroot@krakensdr:/home/krakenrf#

No it won’t be possible to update with apt-get.

You can do a git pull in the heimdall and krakensdr_doa directories to get the latest code. But I recommend this only for advanced users who understand what this is doing. After you pull heimdall make sure to also recompile the C code in _daq_core by running ‘make’.

Otherwise, I simply recommend just flashing the latest image if you want to update.

thanks.
so, the V1.8.0 is the lastest ( GitHub - krakenrf/krakensdr_doa )

somewhere you (?) wrote that there will be no longer downloads via github, only MEGA and google drive because of storage?

You can find the latest images in the Wiki here 02. Direction Finding Quickstart Guide · krakenrf/krakensdr_docs Wiki · GitHub

Yes they are stored on Google Drive and Megaupload now because we’ve hit the GitHub max file size limit. The one on GitHub will be one update behind I believe.

The github V1.8.0 is from Mar 1
Now I downloaded the version from Jun 18 , its: Version 1.8.1+git.e5df8c9
