Hi,
I am trying to get my head around how to calibrate the kraken for minor hardware inaccuracies (like those present in cables), to ensure the phase of IQ data at each SDR is fully accurate. Having looked at the code, am I correct to assume that the touchstone files (if configured to being used) are initially not having any impact on calibration, due to them all being the same, and to set them appropriately an s11 file could be generated for each of the receiver wires? I am in the process of trying to understand the exact intricacies and uses of scattering parameters.
Also, do you know if it is likely that implementing new, calibrated touchstone files would have a drastic impact on the DOA calculated (if the phase of iq data at receivers is only off by a few degrees?)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
