Help at starting

I recently got a kraken with the antenna set. Downloaded the Pi image an successfully I nstalled a Pi5 16GB

Connected it to a hotspot on android - trying to use/test get the following

It just does not go past this status?

Any support would be appreciated.

Basically, the RaspberryPi is not connecting to the Kraken. I find that I need to plug the Kraken in first and give it a minute or two to boot up before powering up the Pi.
