Frame sync, connection and sample delay

Could use some help please, just got my pi5 and booted the imagine. When i connect on 8080 i get:

Sample delay: LOSS
IQ sync: LOSS
and then after a minute everything goes blank, frame type goes empty and connection status is unknown.

The pi is connected to a battery pack, the kraken the wall outlet. This is after booting up the kraken first, starting the start script under doa and noise light is green.

Can anyone help with what i am doing wrong?

What is the exact model of the power supply used for the KrakenSDR?

How much current does the battery pack support at the port?

So i actually just figured it out! Bad data cable leading to the pi5
