DAQ Subsystem Status is abnormal

The parameter display of DAQ Subsystem Status is abnormal
After activating the UI, I found that the parameter of DAQ Subsystem Status is

Frame sync:LOSS
Power level:OK
Connection status:Connected
Sample delay snyc:LOSS
IQ snyc:LOSS
Noise source state:Disabled
Sampling frequency [MHz]: -
Data block length [ms]:-
And it has been in this state for a long time,
What is the problem? Is it the data acquisition port or the data line

This is likely to be a power supply or USB cable issue. If the KrakenSDR doesn’t get sufficient power, or have a stable USB connection, the connection will drop.

I wonder if the data not collected will also cause the DAQ Subsystem Status to display abnormally, because the same power supply and USB data cable previously displayed in green.

The reason for no data would be because the KrakenSDR isn’t stable, due to bad cables.
