I have been trying to add a new device for a few days now on the maps.krakenrf.com site and each time i get an error 'You forgot to fill in all fields or entered a wrong serial number".
I have tried different browsers and names. center frequencies and delay times but always get the same error. What am I doing wrong? I am following the directions from this page… https://github.com/krakenrf/krakensdr_docs/wiki/11.-Kraken-Pro-Cloud-Mapper.

I guess I should have stated that I can’t get past #3. I have also tried entering the spaces in the serial number and not entering the spaces in the serial number. If I don’t enter them it still formats as if I did and neither way works.
The Kraken Wiki show an 8 digit serial number in the examples, but my unit, purchased in Nov 2024, had a 12 digit number.
Is your serial number 12 digits in three groups of 4 numbers? (Note 0 is numeral zero, not the letter O).
How did you enter the frequency? Like the example of 433.5? You didn’t type in 433.5 MHz did you?
