I’m wondering if anyone has tried to combine multiple channels in software to increase the instantaneous bandwidth of the Kraken? If so, any tips or sample code that can be shared?
This is possible, but I’m not aware of anyone who has implemented generic code so make it usable as a general black box receiver that looks like it has a larger bandwidth.
There are a few difficult things to consider, like roll-off and how to carefully align the boundary between two tuners so a signal spread across the boundary can be decoded, and how to normalize minor differences in tuner amplitudes.
