My buddy is trying to add his krakensdr to cloud mapping, and he keeps getting the error “please make sure all the required fields are filled out or verify your serial number”.
But I can add it back to my account just fine
We even gave it a 26 hour buffer time if it had to selfclear out of the system cache, but still no luck.
Anything else I have to do on my end?
