I’ve been a ham since the late 70’s. I’m active in mostly vhf / uhf currently and am the director of maintenance for a large repeater group.
I was the chair of the technical committee for the local vhf coordinating body for about 6 years.
I’m also an avid sailor. I plan to use the Kraken for both tracking jammers on the repeater system, but also for potentially finding boats that need assistance on the nearby coastal ocean.
