I purchased my Kraken and Kerberos primarily for amateur radio foxhunting in our club, most are VHF (low part of 2M), but we will also expand into other frequencies in the future. Professionally we have hunted many radio jammers in the DFW area. Some intentional and malicious others accidental or faulty equipment (BDAs are a growing problem). These affect our 700/800MHz systems.
Although a slow start for me, my use is 70cm and 900 MHz for secondary tracking of rocketry projects. Teams have their telemetry packages but sometimes they don’t work as planned but the RF is still going. Good backup for recovery.
