Best practices for fox hunts

Greeting Earthlings,

What are your best practices, if any, for multiple transmitters. I haven’t really poked around too much yet, but is it possible to increase sample rate?

As an experiment tonight, I drove around while our club had a net. Surprisingly, I only found one transmitter, and its location was incredibly accurate, approximately 50’. The other six, no luck.

The maximum bandwidth will always be 2.4 MHz as that is the limitation of the RTL-SDRs on the KrakenSDR.

If the multiple transmitters are all within that 2.4 MHz you can add multiple VFOs and just DF them all at once using the app. Then later check through the different VFOs in the map and see if there is a good location for them.
